THUNDER BOLT

(Extra Aluminised Large Diameter Strong Explosive)

Thunder Bolt has more than the normal aluminium content which makes it more powerful than other slurry explosives. This makes it highly suitable for blasting away toe in rocks. Its excellent borehole coupling gives it high loading density providing maximum transfer of energy to surrounding rock.

Advantages Plus: Thunder Bolt is an effective booster to non-cap sensitive explosives. Its gel fludity ensures fast sinking in water filled holes. It is also watercompatible. It can be initiated by a detonating fuse, or detonator.

Safer points: It offers high degree of safety from mechanical impacts and friction. Reduction of noxious fumes associated with nitro-glycerine, eliminates the headaches usually suffered by the operating personnel.

(Powerful Large Diameter Aluminised Gel Explosive)

Salvo's Block Buster is a Super explosive used for large diameter blasting. Due to its excellent borehole coupling fluidity high loading density is acheived. Thus providing maximum transfer of energy to the surrounding rock.

Advantages Plus: 'Block Buster' can effectively boost non-cap sensitive explosives. Its gel fludity ensures fast sinking in water holes. It is also watercompatible. It can be initiated by a detonating fuse, or detonator.

SALVO POWER

(High power Aluminised Gel Explosive)

Salvo POWER is the ideal high non aluminium content slurry explosive. Its excellent borehole coupling gives it high loading density in boreholes for transferring maximum energy to surrounding rock. Thus eliminating toe and reducing drilling costs.

Advantages Plus: Added advantages include compatibility with water and cross linked consistancy preventing liquid flow and ensuring fast sinking in water holes.

Safer points: Salvo POWER is highly resistant to mechanical impacts and friction and has very low expulsion rate of noxious fumes. Being a slurry explosive, it has maximum contact area with the surrounding rock, thus transferring maximum energy.

SALVO COLUMN

(Medium Strength Column Charge)

Salvo Column is an ideal non-aluminium column charge. It is the right column charge for blasting in hard, medium and soft formations and also as base charge for medium hard and soft formations. Its usage eliminates problems like mixing and storing associated with the use of ANFO.

Advantages Plus: Density of 1.15 implies easier sinking in watery holes and better blasts in rainy season and watery strata. Its usage results in reduction of loading costs, break down of showels and primary crushing costs.

Safer points: Salvo Column is highly resistant to mechanical impacts and friction and has very low expulsion rate of noxious fumes. Being a slurry explosive, it has maximum contact area with the surrounding rock, thus transferring maximum energy.
